Social Security 75 today, Republicans say that's enough - Las Vegas Democrat | Examiner.com

Today marks the 75th anniversary for Social Security which was signed into Law by President Roosevelt in 1935.

Two Nevada Republicans running for office have openly come out against Social Security and say they will end it if elected.

Joe Heck (R-NV) who is running for Congress in Nevada’s 3rd congressional District (CD3) had previously accept a $5000.00 campaign donation form the House Conservative Fund for signing a Pledge to End Social Security.

Sharron Angle (R-NV) who is running for the US Senate has said that she will end both Social Security and Medicare. (see video)
