Republican candidate for Nevada Secretary of State charged with Assault
Secretary of State candidate Rob Lauer (R-NV) this past June was accused of assault and battery on Jennifer Von Tobel at Stoney’s Rockin’ Country bar on the Las Vegas strip and Von Tobel filed charges with the Police. Lauer denied the allegations at the time and he too filed his own counter suit.
The Las Vegas Sun reported on Friday that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department have now reviewed the security videos which back up Von Tobel’s account of the assault and a criminal complaint has been filed against republican candidate Rob Lauer for misdemeanor battery.
