Last Friday before heading off on a mini vacation in the Florida panhandle, the President decided to weigh in on the proposed Mosque in New York, near ground Zero.
At the annual dinner in the State Dinning Room where guests gathered to celebrate the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan, President Obama made a short speech weighing in on the controversy about the proposed Mosque.
"As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country,"
